Cylinder contribution test opinion??
Soo about a month ago I was driving and I had a misfire pulled over immediately pulled codes I had P2146-FUEL INJECTOR GROUP 1 SUPPLY VOLTAGE CIRCUIT.
Cleared the code. Started up misfire was gone and kept driving home with my eye on the egt gauge. Ohmed all 6 injectors at the Vc connector .5 on all except cyl 3 which was .8 . Ive been busy it's been a few weeks since then. And it really has been running fine beside a slight vibration at idle which I was chalking up to the freezing temps we've had.
Finally hooked up the scanner again and ran a cylinder contribution test and these are my results
#1 105% #5 92% #3 102% #6 95% #2 106% #4 95%
I found it odd that cyl 1,2,3 are all high and the the percentages are hi,lo,hi,lo.
I ordered the tools to do a injector return test. I'm at 117k miles I've had the fass on for about the last 15k
What are your thoughts?
