help new to diesel world

I have a 2005 common rail I think I have a bad injector my question is will injectors out of a 2002 work? I have found a set at a reasonable price and would like to know before I buy them. Thanks in advance for any help.

No the 02 injectors are mechanical injectors where the 05's are electronic...
