hi , please somebody can tell me where i can found the VIN pad in the engine and where is located the Chassis number , sorry about my English i live in Uruguay and is not my native language

 

The engine number can be located on the passenger side of the engine below the cylinder head , I do not understand what you mean by the chassis number? Of course the Vin number is on the dashboard.

 

Some foreign countries require that the dash, engine block, and chassis VIN numbers be verified and match before the vehicle can be registered.

 

Look for a body plate riveted to the inner fender behind the battery. That plate should have some paint codes and the VIN stamped into it.

 

Thanks , Alloro you are right , i need to show to the inspection people that the numbers on dashbord match with the engine and chassis number , otherwise they dont give me the plates and owner card , matter is that i cannot found it , tomorrow morning here i will check on the places that boths of you tell me maybe i can found , you mean chassis number plate can be on inside of fender of front tire ? Because some people tell me that could be on chassis frame , thanks anyway
