disconnecting battery

hi,

When disconnecting the battery from my van to replace the computer, should I remove both positive and negative terminals? Should I also pull a certain fuse? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Its a 3500dodge ram van 3.5L

Disconnecting the negative cable is all you need to do.
