I have a 2002 dodge ram wagon 2500 that I need to rebuild the differential.
I have a master install kit which includes that bearings, seals,crush sleeve, also have the axle seals and bearings.
Does anyone have detailed instructions or an exploded view so I now what needs to be done to get this work done? I'd appreciate any assistance.

For the $12.99 +$3 S&H I'd get the shop manual. It has the illustrations, rebuild steps, and torque specs you'll need to do the rebuild correctly.

Thanks much. just got the manual in today. It turns out the pinion nut was loose. I couldn't find in the manual what the torque should be for turning the pinion gear except to compare it to prior to dis-assembly. Any ideas on finding the torque specs for tightening the Pinion nut w/o the prior torque reading? All I could find in the book is the min tightening torque of 210 ft/lbs.

There is no torque spec for the pinion nut because it's not the same for everyone. You could try the 210 ft. lbs. and see if it works for you. Other than that you would need to pull both axles, remove the carrier assembly, then keep tightening the pinion nut a little at a time until 15 inch lbs. of torque turns the pinion shaft.
