Question Shutting off and P1684

I have a 2002 Stratus 4Dr 4Cyl and i have been having a problem with the car shutting off after a few miles of driving and a P1684 code. I thought it may have been a computer (ECM) problem so i bought a new one today and drove for about 12mi then it shut off and threw a P1684 code again which i know is the code for the battery being disconected within 50 starts.

What could be some possible causes of this happening now with a new ECM?

I read on place that there may not be enough voltage to power th ECM correctly, is this possible (bad battery) b/c the car starts fine everytime i try it, except after it has shut off i have to let it sit 10-15 min then it will start back up

any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated

Oddly enough, my 03 Town & Country has the exact same symptoms
Just sent it to the garage this morning, so I'll post back what they find, might be similar.

Most promising thing I can find so far for my van is a potentially broken Flex Plate. Sits between the engine and torque converter, if it's cracked or missing teeth, it can trip an engine speed sensor, and just shut things down. No codes, just a simple stall. I'll post back if there is a more definitive answer.
