P1294 Error code

I have a Dodge Stratus 99 2.5L V6 and Check Engile is on. I checked by a scanner and I've got a code P1294 Manufacturer Control Fuel Air Metering.
Anybody who knows what P1294 error is?
I tried to find some information on the internet but...nothing come on.

P1294 is Target idle not reached. basically it could be a vacuum leak causing a high idle, or a bad Idle Air control solenoid.
