Yeah catless downpipe bro, it kicks ***, not sure whats happening with my boost though, only pushing 8-9, but the car feels fast as hell man, never felt this good before, then again when I turn my car of the boost gauge reads at in between 10-0 vacuum, it doesn't sit at 0, before it did.
you should look into your boost problem, could be a simple leak, but it could be as simple as a broken gauge. You say the car feels strong still, maybe it is the gauge, my gauge allways sits at 0 when off, and when it starts its between 18-20 all the time.
Yeah it feels really strong, the need sits between 10 and 0 vacuum, but closer to the 10, and when I turn it on its between 20-30 vacuum, its never done that before, it either sits at 18-20 like you said, it just might be my boost gauge.
if your not feeling performance difference perhaps it is just you gauge that is jacked up. would it be worth getting a catless downpipe with the rest of the exhaust stock?
ummm I quess a little, if you go all out and get a 3 o2 and 3 inch downpipe with a cut out then you can keep the stock exhaust. I would go all the way though
dont trip izzy .. your boost gauge is shot! dodge will get you a new one im sure... just depends on if they agree with your mods or not. i have a guy down here in fullerton thats pretty cool ( jeep place though ) but its still mopar
I am going to head over to valley dodge today when I get out of work, hopefully they will be able to help me there, I don't see why they shouldn't help me with my boost gauge, thats ****ed up if they base their wanting to work with someone on depending on the mods they have, oh well... I'll see whats up.
Update on catless downpipe, alright, downpipe is more than broken into already, more than 100 miles and no check engine light. Runs smooth as hell, i'm loving every minute of it! The turbo sound is crazy, sounds like a diesel truck.
