Default 2001 2500 Ball Joint Tools

Okay, on eBay the ball joint presses and adapters are running $100 or under for Chinese made, the Millers are $350 or so, but looks like the 2001 is in a dead zone, I cannot find a '01 specific set. Obviously there is something special about the 2000-2002 2500's.

Can someone point me towards a set? I hear a ticking on the passenger side universal so it will behoove me to just replace the universals and ball joints at the same time. Been also thinking about a Detroit e-Locker for the front too. Might as well refurb the entire front axle assembly if I go that way.

I have a Dana 60U with 3.54 stamped on the tube and 3.55 on the paper data paper glued into the glovebox. Gonna have to pull the axleshaft to count the splines. I HATE the smell of differential lubricant; it's the sulfur that makes me gag.

Stamped into the tube:
49492-1
32-00
REV-U
012599

On the tag on the differential cover:
52070136AG
3.54 610941-1
45.00 H610941-1

You should be able to obtain a Chinese made universal set that should do the job. That's what I used to do my complete truck's front end rebuild, along with a stout 3/4" Ingersol-Rand impact wrench. I also have front and rear Dana 60's.

I bought a rough looking MAC set off eBay. It has four or five adapters. I have a full set of 3/4" drive sockets so I should be able to make something work. I have a 70 on the rear of my truck, it is set up for campering.
