Default 2002 Dodge B1500 5.2l

Can you fill the block up with water/coolant through the same whole the temp sending unit is screwed into or is there a bleeder somewhere? I changed a freeze plug the thermostat the hoses and the radiator but I didn't fill the block with water before putting the thermostat in so I feel like there is a air bubble in the system. How can I make sure water is in the block at this point?

If you fill the radiator and expansion tank the system will burp itself after you run the engine a bit. Check your radiator level over the next few days.
