Here’s a secret to finding an all-original vehicle in stellar show-car condition with low miles: find a car that was literally built for and used only at auto shows, like this immaculate 1967 Dodge Charger 426 Hemi. Back in the day, this first-generation Charger’s intended purpose was to display all the lovely fixings and trimmings you could get on the muscle car.

The highlight of this whopper, of course, is the 425 horsepower 426 HEMI engine, but the stellar representative featured in this episode of “Muscle Car of the Week” has just about everything. Sport mirrors? Check. Bumper guards? Check. Decklid spoiler? Check. Power everything? Check. Yep, it’s loaded.

The first-generation wasn’t exactly the most popular Charger, neither when it came out, nor today (gimme dat second-gen!). But it’s still awesome to see the beginnings of a car that has become such a mainstay in American car culture, and to hear someone so knowledgeable discuss such history.
