The murdered out look can be polarizing, but when it works? It really works. Chris Perales has gone pitch black with his Cummins, and I think the results speak for themselves. Given how the truck seems to suck up light like a balck hole, it might have been cool to get some shots of his oil-burning baby in the sunshine, but I’m not going to complain. The comments on the video—while far from a rock-solid source—say he’s managed 11:59 at San Antonio Raceway. I’ll just chalk that one up as too good to fact check. Enjoy.
