Can This Supercharged Ram SRT-10 Be Considered a Sleeper?

The Ram SRT-10 is undeniably fast. Equipped with the Viper’s V10 engine, it thunders down the road in a harmonious imbalance of V10 sound. But it isn’t much of a sleeper. This one, which is currently available on Craigslist, has a supercharger though, and that changes things.

Reportedly making 610 horsepower to the wheels, even the most keen enthusiast wouldn’t expect this truck to be making a noticeable increase in horsepower. In my opinion, that makes it unexpectedly fast, and to my eyes it is indeed a sleeper.

This baby’s for sale in Wisconsin, and has quite a bit done to the engine. It has a twin screw supercharger, water/meth injection, and a whole host of other engine work. It has some cosmetics done as well, with an aggressive front bumper, and powdercoating of various components here and there. Best of all, it has the 6-speed manual, and for a 2004, has impressively low miles at 77,000.

Aside from the Farm Truck, which is a true sleeper, this may very well be one of the fastest pickups on the road. I sure wouldn’t want to line up against it!
