Dodge is bringing some serious heat to SEMA 2024 with a pair of beefy Hemi blocks and even the same supercharger used on the Demon 170.

While the Mopar V8 as we know it is on life support – seemingly ready to ride off into the sunset as Stellantis pivots to smaller turbocharged gas engines and EVs – one can still head on over to the Dodge Direct Connection catalog and order one of several. Now that the iconic Hemi V8 is gone from the assembly lines, there are quite a few to choose from in that same catalog, but now – just in time for SEMA 2024 – Mopar is adding a pair of new blocks in that regard, along with another exciting development – the same supercharger used on the Demon 170.

First up, we have the Hellphant A30 426 supercharged Hemi and Drag Pack 354 supercharged crate engine blocks, which are joining the Dodge Direct Connection catalog and will are on display at the year’s SEMA Show. The first of these two blocks is related to the famous Hellephant crate engine that sold out in record time, while A30 represents the continuation engines that launched back in 2022 with an aluminum block and the ability to produce max power with 30-proof fuel in the tank.

Both blocks will be available to order in Q1 2025, with retail prices of $8,815 for the Hellephant A30 Hemi and $10,570 for the Drag Pak 354, and will be available in various machined configurations to support custom engine builds through Callies Performance Products and DC Performance.

In addition to these two new blocks, Dodge is also now gearing up to sell the new Direct Connection 3.0-liter E85 Supercharger Kit, which contains the same IHI supercharger present on the 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170, which helps it churn out 1,025 horsepower and 950 pound-feet of torque. This blower offers up 30 percent more airflow than a standard 2.7-liter Hellcat Redeye supercharger and can produce up to 21 pounds of boost. The kit also comes with a 3.02-inch pulley, a 105mm throttle body, high-flow injectors, an ethanol sensor, a Gates supercharger drive belt, and all of the necessary hardware for an MSRP of $11,995.

Dodge’s Direct Connection is also adding a pair of replacement snout kits for the 6.2-liter Hemi V8 – a 2.4-liter kit and a 2.7-liter offering. Both come with a new snout, Gates supercharger drive belt, and gaskets and hardware, with retail prices of $1,095 and $1,295, respectively. The 2.4-liter snout kit is capable of delivering 717 horsepower and 656 pound-feet of torque on that powerplant, while the 2.7-liter snout kit is good for 807 horsepower and 717 pound-feet.
