Photo Gallery: 12th-Annual Spring Festival of LX
Largest-yet “LX Fest” offers something for every Mopar fan.
On a sunny SoCal Saturday, almost 1,500 Dodge, Chrysler, and MOPAR vehicles congregated at Angel Stadium of Anaheim for the 12th annual Spring Festival of LX, setting the record for the largest turnout in the event’s history.
Owners from 22 states and three countries brought out their 300s, Chargers, Challengers, and Magnums to enjoy fun times with friends and family, and to check out how other people have been expressing their creativity with performance and styling modifications.
It was nearly impossible to find a completely stock vehicle among the crowd — each car had at least one aspect customized. Whether it was a small cosmetic change or a full body kit with air suspension, every ride uniquely reflected its owner’s personality and tastes. Even Dodge’s official vehicle display had its fair share of modded examples courtesy of Mopar.
While it was fun to pore over every detail of the cars, the best part of the event was seeing everyone come together as a community to celebrate that which they love so much. In these moments, labels of age, race, gender, religion, and politics were cast aside, allowing everyone to connect on a personal level while enjoying the art and performance of the LX/LC/LD platform.
