that looks sweet. i dont know much about turbos and all but i was looking for one for my car as well...that price seems pretty reasonable, i wonder how the quality of that turbo is..i got my pacesetter header but in that kit is shows the turbo manifold, would that have to replace the header i got now??
how much do u think it would cost to install that turbo??

It looks rather "generic" to me .... Hahn ect have bent tubes instead of the bends that must be assembled , Looks like you better be a hell of a good tig welder to get that to work well

I agree, it's too generic. This is also the area where you don't want to go cheap on. Not cheap pricing, but cheap quality. Stick with the tried and true like Hahn and you won't get a "you get what you pay for" comment, lol. There is such a thing as "too good to be true".
The FMIC and piping alone should cost you $700-$1K+. The turbo should cost you $700-$1K+. Those are pricing for new products. You can find used ones cheaper than that. You also have to consider fuel and fuel management too and that can cost you upwards of $1K+.
The Hahn stage 1 kits are priced less than the highest sum of those estimates above. The stage 2 are another $500+.

H TS-2201 Turbosystem, Stage 1, 95-99 Talon and Eclipse, 420A Engine, 1/96 to Present $2,415.99
H TS-2203 Turbosystem, Stage 2, 95-99 Talon and Eclipse, 420A Engine, 1/96 to Present FMIC $3,570.99

One thing you can count on is the quality and you know that you won't blow up your motor or turbo because of the POS that the eBay kits have. Note that there are brand names that sell on eBay too, just so you know that eBay isn't plagued with a bunch of POSs and that I'm not "anti-eBay".

Let's not forget the Star kits. $3475.00

In the end the choice is yours. My goal was just to give you my opinion and other options.

I've heard the name before. I just don't remember the quality, whether it was good or bad. The turbo and wastegate are good. So all that is left is fitment. I'll check more into the name whenever I get back from leave, unless you get to it first.
