hey everyone i have a 1997 dodge avenger es and the problem is that when it gets really cold out, when i go toturn the wheel it starts making a really loud and obnoctous squeeling/squeeking sound.... i looked under the car for ice that may have built up by the tires that was rubbing on them but there was none.... does anyone have any clue what this could be??? and how much it could possibly be to fix the prob.... (it only occurs when its cold.)

 

I'd check the powersteering fluid being low causing the noise or the accessory belt slipping
