Default 95 2.0L questions.

Long time lurker, First time register &poster.

Just picked up a 95 Avenger2.0L automatic with only 85K on it. Couple of questions.
Coolant level sensor stays on even when level is good. Replace sensor?
Previous owner claimed occasional high/low idle speed problem. TPS?
Is this thang OBDI orII compliant? I hear someare and some not.
Need to replace/update old OBDI and looking atthe Actron CP9150 auto scanner.
Comments please.

CEL is only showing code 43. But ignition coil was supposedly replaced about this time last year.

Coolant level sensor on bottom of coolant tank looks to made with the tank. Replace the tank?

Definate high/low idle issue but intermittenly. Starts normal, after about a minute it quicklyruns up to 2500rpm then slowly slows to about 500rpm then back up again. It continues until I shut it down.

Could either the code 43 or coolant level sensor cause the idle issue?

TIA!

Doubtful ... I think it's EGR or Vac leak

No vacuum leaks.
TPS tests good.
Replaced EGR.

Idle issue after 30 minutes of driving there BUT.
If I continue to run then it gets really interesting & much worse.
Very littlethrottle response, spits & sputters, wont go. Put it in park and it will continue to run but bad. Between 200 & 400 rpm. Naturaly MIL comes on with O2 & coil codes.
Pulled connection off the sensor at opposite end of intake while running badand it seemed to lean it out brought the idle to 800 rpm. Throttle was more responsive but only to about 1700 rpm then it would start sputtering again.

Any idea what that sensorat the end of the TB opposite the TPS is?

Thanks in advance.

Still ongoing eh. Ok, change out the coolant temp sensor, not the single prong but the dual prong. That goes to the ECU and if it's anything like my motor, it will cause idle surge due to the fact that the ECU gets coolant temp info to adjust for cold cranks. Those should be inexpensive enough, next is the IAC or idle air controller, that will also cause idle surge. The IAC is also called an ISC or idle surge controller.
