ok i just replaced my power steering belt and it squeeks sometimes when i turn the wheel but it doesnt seem to tight and only squeeks when i start moving slow and turn the wheel fast like backing out and so on. also today i dont know if it has nething to do with it but its raining bad and when i go to make a turn mostly a sharp turn it seems like i loose the pwer steering it get real hard to turn

 

I'd tighten the belt up more ...That and check fluid level in the power steering ... If it's low it'll squeal
