Default Idle seems really low!!!

hi everyone. i have a 1997 dodge avenger Es and as the subject states, my idle seems to be very low, when i start my car and i rev the engine, the RPM's drop almost to zero and the car seems to want to stall out because itdrops so lowand slowly resumes toa stable idle... is there a way to change the idle around so it wont do this... and How exactly???
Thanks Jeremy

Yeah, fix all those like Silver said. I had/have the same problem, but none of that worked for me. It never hurts to change out all that though. Its easy and fairly cheap too.

Ran me close to $150, but you can get cheaper parts, not that I would recommend that though. Shouldn't take more that an hour or probably much less to get all done. I just did it within the past few days, so if you have any other questions, I'm here.
