Hey zane you shoudl be able too look at the pics in your MY Computer icon click it if there are a bunch of drives there you will be able too. like mine i have a 8 in 1 media reader and it just put 8 new drives in with my other ones. when you put your card in the puter have the my computer screen up and watch for it to show up on one of your drives. then you should be able to just double click and it should all be there. did your camera come with a cd?? if so try installing the software that came with it. Or you could even try opening up a photoshop program and trying to get them in that way...
