Does anyone have an electronic copy of the owners manual? Or is there a place on the web that I could find one for free?

Were you able to find a manual? I am also looking for my son. He just bought a 2000 Avenger.

I looked for a while for mine but ended up biting the bullet and going and buying it from a dodge dealer. FOr my 1995 manual it was like 40.
