Use a heat gun and run it around the lens where it connects to the plastic. Then pry up with a putty knife or a screwdriver. The glue will loosen with the heat. But your problem is probably on the outside of the lens. Sand with 600, 800, 1000, and 2000. Then buff with medium and fine cut compound. Does wonders. Don't go to a third party. Waste of your time. They are too much and i doubt a junkyard would have lights any clearer.
