Default Code 43

Ok, looking for any advice I can get... Recently my g/f's 96 Avenger (ATX) started throwing code 43... It was pretty much right after I replaced the disty and crank pos. sensor (maybe I screwed something up?)... Since, we've replaced the plugs and wires and it keeps coming back. The car runs and drives as well as it always has, no hesitation or anything of that sort, and the code always comes back up when I take it for longer trips (30mi to work one way) and even then only when it's warm/hot out. ie. This morning it was about 70 and I drove to work, no code, then driving home it was probably 80ish and about 3/4 of the way home it popped up... So, basically, does anyone have any suggestions on where else I could possibly look? I'll have to backtrack my disty install, probably check the cap gasket, get a new spacer (if possible) for the crank sensor and reset that... Any chance an exhaust leak could cause it? In the front downpipe at the bend there's a crack that I need to fix yet...
Thanks in advance.

I'd double check the wires, distro cap, and rotor first ....

I've always been told check where hands have been first, so I'm going to backtrack all of my work (minus the plugs and wires)... I'm showing code 43 is "Ignition coil #1 / #2 primary circuit", the misfire one is for a MTX...
