Default Steering Questions

I've owned my Venge for coming up on a year now and I noticed, from about the day I bought it, that the turning radius sucked, for lack of a better word. I was curious if that may be a problem with my car, or if all Avengers had ****ty turning with stock equipment. On that note, I can't seem to find my power steering fluid reservoir. If someone could direct me to its' location, I would be very grateful.
BTW I have a '97 V6 ES, if that changes anything.

It is in the front near the passenger headlihgt, black with a metal cap on top that says power steering fluid. Yes the turning radius is horrible and need a 3 lane highway to do a U-turn.
