I should not have to if i'm trying to remove the harmonic balancer.i haven't looked close yet maybe i can get the plastic timing covers off the engine and set the cams an the timing marks and losen the timing belt and maybe have enough room to pull the balancer and crank sprocket off.but for some reason the balancer will not seperate from the crankshaft sprocket;like they are siezed togeather.
