Hey man i just wanted to tell you nice ride, i finally got my flush done and itshaved a whole 2.8 seconds on my 0-60... it was 12.4 but now after that it was 9.8. How much did the AWD conversion cost, and was it worth it. whats your 0-60 now that you switched to the AWD... oh yeah i got pics up now at cardomain.... heres my page http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2534330/1 take a look at it... any body take a look at it. let me know what you think should be next.... im gonna wait on the ripped bumper till i save enough for my body kit, hood, spoiler and paint... im more worried about the speed right now... let me know what you think

I thought I read right the first time. It just 0/60 in 12.4 secs is really hi i thought he maybe ment 1/4 mile times. Yeah u do need V8 power to run 9's or atleast V8 displacement.

Thanks Haze, I couldn't tell you what my 0-60 is though since the tracks have closed here in Oahu. I can tell you that she's pretty quick off the line though

i didnt say i ran a quarter mile in 9 isaid my 0-60 was 9.8 and it is accurate. i found that using the overdrive on normal drive instead of doing low/high then drive gears is much faster... and it is only a 2.5L V6, deffinatly dont need a 8 to do 0-60 in 9.8... hey BadVenge where at in ohio are you located... i stay in toledo.

lol... i dont really go to the tracks yet, i normally just speed around town.... i started at a dead stop and used the timer on my phone and started the timer the same time i hit the gas, then stopped it right as it hit 60... no lie, in a quarter mile it would probably be around 14,but silvercoupe97 do you like the manual and awd better than the normal 2.5 i think you seen you said it was a V4.... both you and bad venge are deffinate motivation for me... keep me posted please

I do like the AWD and having a manual again has it's perks. It's not so fun when you get stuck in traffic though. I have an I4 btw.
Driving a AWD over FWD is much more forgiving. I can take off with AWD where FWD would spin and it's even worse in wet weather. AWD pushes you back into your seat

Aslo Understeering is a bitch! I still haven't figured how to get out of that. Its bad enough not being in control its even worse sliding into something you know ur gonna hit and can't do nothin about it but wait and hope u give it a love tap. I also hate the wheel hop. I love the fact when FWD are sideways you can fluff the pedal and they'll catch also its easier to a reverse 180. The thing with AWD I feel as tho they are always cutting back on your power with all there traction controls.
