okay so i pulled my car into the shop i work at to put a new battery in because it was dead and ofcourse i never got around to it during the day because i was busy so i left it inside and figured i'd get around to it later. the next day the manager of the shop and had jumped my car to move it, but he reversed the jump box putting it on the wrong terminals melting the battery terminals almost down to the battery itself. So i replace the connections and the battery and it had 11.84 charging voltage and i'm positive that the charging voltage was normal before. so i changed the alternator and it is still charging 11.84. could it be the computer? cause i know that the alternator is externally regulated through the computer i don't know if the guy fried it or not? just wanted some ideas before i buy a computer. thanks in advance
