Default Vibration back, and need suggestions

Alright.. I used the SeamFoam last month and noticed a boost in acceleration and the car was running fine. The other day the car started a vibration while in drive, in neutral it seems fine, just a slight one. Now, my question is, would a distributor cap be causing this? I had replaced the spark plugs and the wires, but skipped the cap due to funds. Any help would be appreciated to help me fix this dilema.

Also, I was wondering what things could I do to improve performance? My friend suggested new headers and a CIA, I have a K&N and have been thinkin about buying a CIA from them also. Anyways, again, suggestions would be appreciated.

When you say vibration is it a miss as in the rpms jump or a physical shaking ????

Alright, I'll try that this weekend. Is there any other way to clean the IAC?

I've unscrewed it out of the TB and soaked it in carb cleaner ... on really dirty ones I've scrubbed them with scotch brite ... then soaked them

About to go pick up a can of seafoam. I always had another question, but I hope the SeaFoam resolves this. I seem to have lost a little HP, the car is still very quick and everything, but I notice that it's not like it used to be; and at about 45 I can feel the power increase drastically before it even shifts and without giving it more gas.. I just push the peddle down to a set position, and I'll get up to 45 and all off a sudden feel the car take off which definitely makes me feel like I'm losing power between 1-45mph.

I haven't replaced it since I've had it... been about 30k miles since then. I'm guessing it's time for a change eh?
