i was just wondering how to replace the front passenger wheel hub on a '98 dodge avenger es? the 4 bolts are extremely hard to get at an i was wondering if there is a special tool to get these bolts out or if you need to do something to get the axle covering out of the way?[:@] . i have tried thin wrenches and sockets but neither have worked. hope someone can help thanks

 

try the J 42129 Wheel Hub Remover (this is a fairly generic tool you can rent from some parts stores - you may or may not need this tool - you won't know for sure until you remove the hub nut )

We changed one out at a car show with just standard hand tools ... remove the brake/caliber /brackets/ dust sheild
