1998 Avenger ES stereo system
What are some recommendations for speakers, amps, and subs?
Everything in my car is the original stock speakers and whatnot.
I would like to replace all of them if need be. I mostly have a problem with the speakers in the doors. They seem to be going out and cant handle any kinda loud music.

Speakers are very subjective ... hit the area stereo shops and listen ... see what you like ...
you'll need 6 1/2" door speakers minor drilling, or 6 3/4" direct fit
6X9's for the rear
Dash tweeters are not directly replaceable with aftermarkets
only options are factory or bose tweeters from the 301.501/901 home tweeters

again it depends what you have ... the factory infinity amp is six channel 26 watt rms per channel ... very few amps are a direct replacement you have to either rewire to a four channel amp , combining the front and or using component speakers ...
or get two amps one 4 channel and one 2 channel , then rewire to get the 6 channels needed

i have Memphis Car Audio Speakers & Subs in my car.... they sound greattt... the guy even showed me the difference between a few of the top brand speakers such as alpine and kenwood and imo sounded way clearer and just all around better sound quality than the others... for doors and rear plus installation ran me around $300.. as for the subs.. im running 2 12 " Memphis PR12 (Power Reference 12) they are no Competition sub but they shake just about everything in my car and im heard from a ways away lol.. (been pulled over twice for noise violation lol) im running a pretty small amp for what the subs need (TMA - Total Mobile Audio, 360 Watt. i was on a $500 budget so i couldnt get the bigger amp...)but trust me its still enough to give you chill bumps and shake the hell out of ur car.. when u got ppl in ur car they are def.. impressed... but again thats just my opinion.. what ever u like u can get but thats just my 2 cents... attached are pics of the subs & amp..
