How do you take off the spoiler?

What TYPE spoiler ??? Lip type ??? Pedestal type ???
Since you have an ES I'll guess Lip type ...
Remove the 4 10mm screws from underneath the trunk lid ...
Now the fun begins get a heat gun and start heating up the edges , as the entire spoiler has a double backed adhesive Then work a plastic putty knife or fishing line in and see saw it to loosen the adhesive ...

Yeah I have the lip type and thanks for telling me how to do it. Since i don't have a heat gun at the moment could i use a blow dryer? would that work.
