Unhappy New Noise After Rotation

Morning! I have a 2000 Avenger ES and rotated the tires over the weekend, front to back. After completing the process I took her for a spin and now I have a noise that occurs when the wheel is spinning - even up on the jack. Brakes, rotors, and calipers are brand new a month ago or so. The tire in question is about shot on the inside of the tire itself and the previous owner hit a curb or two I think as the aluminum wheel has been bent and then we pounded it straight as best as possible until I can afford new wheels. The noise wasn't happening when it was up front. Could it be an alignment issue? Any other ideas?? Thanks!!

Did you torque the wheels properly ???? Excessive torque in one area can cause the rorors to warp ...

...that and/or you need an alignment. There's excessive wear on that tire and was probably accounted for on the old spot. The new spot was aligned for the old wheel and its condition. Bottom line is the wheel in question is not rubbing against the ground as it did up front.
