Default Smells like burnin...

Here i am again, with a problem brought to me by my 2000 dodge avenger. I dont know why but now all of a sudden it starts to smell as if its burning oil. I drive 35 miles to work and another 35 miles home (70 miles total) and I just started to notice a burning smell after I park my car. I just did a oil change about three weeks ago and didn't have this problem till just like a week and a half ago. I put in Mobile 1 high mileage 10w40 to avoid this kind of situation. Any help?

What Motor ???
The 2.5 is known for the spark plug seals to go out and pool around the plugs and smell ...
Also inspect fot valve cover/head gasket leaks running down onto the manifolds

Its the 2.5L. Yeah, the spark plugs did have oil on em before even I did the oil change. the seals on the spark plugs are out but just haven't gone around to it. From what I've seen, there is no leakage around the other gaskets.
