K so I cleaned the contacts and still the only time the horn wants to work is when after the battery is disconnected and even then it is only for a couple of honks and it sounds like it not getting enough voltage.

Any ideas???

 

Check the horn relay does it click when depressed ???

 

Is the relay on the firewall or somewhere else

 

I forget if it's in the fuse panel underhood or kick panel
