Angry What the f#%@!!!

95 2.0L 5 spd...just replaced the ecu and had a code for a bad crank sensor, replaced it, cleared code. Started car, got a cam position sensor code, replaced it, cleared light. While driving it started stumbling on me and eventually bypassed the cam sensor and ran fine again, only thing is that it takes like 10 seconds to start it. When I pulled off the old sensor, there was oil between it and the cam, my question is...should there be oil between the cam and the cam p.s.? If not, I know what's wrong, if it's normal...then what...?
