Accesorry Belt Tensioner Pulley bolt

Need help finding a bolt for the accessory belt tensioner pulley for a 1996 Avenger 2.0(420A)
I was told it was a reverse threaded bolt but I can not find one anywhere.

Will a dealer sell just the bolt? Or do you have to buy the whole assembly?
