Default Gas Level Sensor Problem

When I fill up my car with gas I have to squeeze the handle of the nozzle very lightly or else the gas stops pumping, as if the tank were full. Does anyone know what could be causing the problem or what is not working properly?

Thanks in advance.

How would I go about fixing the vent (or at least, where is the vent located)? I don't know a whole lot about cars and I can't find any info on this in the service manuals/internet.

If you look at th rear of the fuel filler neck theres a large main hose and a smaller hose that runs along it check the small hose
