Exclamation high idle rpm

1999 avenger 2.5, after replacing v.c. gaskets and fuel pump. I now have a 2500 rpm idle, nothing else removed all hoses and electric connected. reving does not bring it down, accel cable not tight. Before this was idling normal. Replaced pump because of low fuel tank level, 1/2 tank now.
What am I overlooking or need to check?

maybe too dark or tired or lack of blood from bleeding in engine.
may of left off hose to back of throttle body housing, now after looking on alldatapro.
try this one on 93 ply laser at times when she comes to stop, car dies, no idle, std trans when clutch applied, ideas?
