Angry Inner Tire wear 95 Avenger w/coil overs

I have a 1995 Dodge Avenger with full body kit and is lowered using adjustable coilovers. I recently downsized my tires from 18" to 215/45/17's. The tires I added were new and after 1 month of driving, I noticed my car loosing traction in the rain badly.

Upon inspection of the tires, I noticed that there was massive inner tire wear to the point of having to replace them immediately (note that this is only 4 weeks of driving on new tires).

I assume that this is a result of the addition of the coilovers and am wandering if it is possible to manufacture some shims to add to the rear assembly where it attaches to the frame to lessen this tire wear because I currently can not afford to purchase an aftermarket adjustment kit for this car.

You need a PROPER alignment and YES you can use spacers , I used 1/4" flat stock drilled to take the upper arm bolts 1/4"= 1 degree of correction
