Can't Turn Key
Earlier I decided to replace the guide pins on my front brakes, so I turned the steering wheel to get at the brakes more easily. While turning the steering wheel I heard a click (near the end of the wheel's turning range). When I finished with the passenger side I attempted to start the car so that I could turn the wheel to get at the driver side brakes, but I could not turn the key at all. I also could not turn the steering wheel or take the car out of park.
Any ideas? I read about putting the key into the ignition and hitting it with a hammer (apparently this worked for a bunch of people) but it did not work for me.

Nevermind, got it working. There was still a bit of play in the steering wheel, so I guess you can turn the key while turning the wheel all the way.
