98 dodge avenger es

iwhen should my 98 dodge avenger 2.5 v6 automatic shift gears. it goes up to 5000 rpms then shifts to second need help

tried it with it on and off just put a new speed senser on it and tat didnt work

which sensor ? there are two input and output speed sensor
is it stuck in second ?

i have replaced the one on the front of the transmission right above transmission solnoid. it want shift to second till it hits 5000 rpms
