I have read most all the diffrent ways to do this,but none are quite reletive to me> I want to know on my 99 avenger how do i run my fog lamps without my headlights? There has got to be more there than rewireing.

 

You can:
1 rewire
2 modify the relay
3 use a foglight wiring kit to supply the power

 

ok lets go with modify the relay.
Could you explain how can I do that? I mean I have thought about rewire,but me and my car are pretty much not likeing each-other at the moment.
I would rather tickle it at the moment with a relay modification than **** it off by adding more wires
