I just replaced my transmission after finding out my "no reverse" is internal. If its not one problem. Its another. Well, now that the car has all gears working. The new problem is that there is a loud steady knocking sound. The crankshaft sensor is new. Vavlve body is fairl ner. Solenoid is new. Anyone ever have this problem. Help.

 

Is this internal to the motor ? Might need an oil flush
Internal to the tranny ? Bad tranny

External to both ? Bad mounts/ improper mounts /broken mounts /mechanic forgot bolts
