Just bought a low milage avenger but it doesnt have the car seat anchors in the rear package tray. Looks like the threaded nuts are welded under it when I look in the trunk though. Is there any other car like sebring that I can swap the package tray for or am I goint to be putting a hole through this one?
If another one will fit will it have to be from a 2dr?

 

I've not seen them in the 97+ ones in the states ...
canadian cars always have anchor points for baby seat since the late 80's it's a law over there probably what you called a latch
if you can't find them on a used car check with a dealer if you could get the canadian part
