I ordered a base spoiler for my ES. I dont think the holes line up exactly. Can any one give me some dimensions from a base car so I can locate the spoiler correctly? I can look and guess, but would rather have good numbers to go by. The original flew off before I bought the car.

 

Are you talking about the pedestal type spoiler ? unsure if that will work with the ES lip spoiler and the pedestal , I have my trunk with spoiler I'd have sold you

 

I like the how the pedestal spoiler looks compared to the ES spoiler. I got this one for less than $50 total. I think it will fit well. I may have to drill some holes.

 

Update. I decided to use duplicolor base and clear in the spray cans. I put the base on and it looked really good.Paint went on smooth with minimal orange peel. I bought a can of clear that had a bad nozzle and I have to sand down a few blobs that shot out of the can. I will post pics of the finished job if it comes out as nice as I expect. You may ask, "Why not use a body shop"? Limited budget, family of 4, and I love a challenge. Total cost so far $32.00
