Default It pulls to the right after balljoints change

It is a 95 Dodge Avenger 2.5L V6 ES. I recently changed the front lower ball joints on both sides, the front upper control arms, and the lateral arms (the curved arm). After these changes, the car started pulling to the right strongly. Also, when I worked on the car I realized the ball joints on the front touch each other when I am driving. I thought it was the stabilizer link kits but now I know the noise is coming from the ball joints. Will tire aligning help with the pulling to the right? I know that when you change shocks it is necessary to re-align again, but is it necessary when we change important pieces of the suspension too?It seems that every time I change something, other thing stop working. Any advice will help. Thank you.
