Help!! This just fell off my car..

It's a 2009 Dodge Avenger SXT. This part just fell off my car while turning. It's metal with a tube attached. Is this for the power steering? Does anyone one know if this is a cheap/easy fix?

This part has a tube attached on the other end

Power steering cooler. Goes in front of the radiator. Held on with metal clips. Easy fix with a couple of plastic wire ties.

of course now I cannot find anyone to help! Can you tell me what parts I'll need or do you know of any how to videos or anything that can try to help me fix this myself?
