Car stalling at idle
Hi all,
I have a 1997 Avenger ES 2.5 that continues to stall at times at idle, when barely accelerating after a stop, or when in traffic and just starting to accelerate. I have changed the cap and rotor but that did not do the trick. The
car seems to be running fine other than the stalling. Could it possibly be a dirty throttle body and if so how would I go about cleaning it. Would putting Sea Foam or some other additive in the tank help? I really need to get
this problem fixed as it is starting to happen more and more.
