front end squeak

i have a 98 avenger 2.0 120,178 miles I have this horrible squeak in the front end took it to a shop they raised it checked everything for looseness all is good squeak stopped for about 3 days now it’s back what could be the issue?

More info. Engine running or not? Turning or going straight? While going over bumps? Certain speeds?

It’s all the time running and not running even if I sit in it
